Chipotle Turkey Wrap

So, the temperatures have already hit the 90’s here in these parts, so that means we have officially entered into the time of the year where I turn on my oven as little as possible. Enter no-fuss dinners like salads, paninis (this one is a favorite), and yummy go-to’s like the Chipotle Turkey Wrap that I have for you today. It’s great for a quick and easy dinner for the family, or something fun to make ahead of time to take on a picnic lunch or for a day at the beach. Enjoy!


Chipotle Turkey Wrap

Prep Time 15 minutes
Servings 4


  • 4 sundried tomato wraps
  • 1/2 cup chipotle mayo
  • 12 slices oven-roasted deli turkey breast
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 2 cups torn romaine lettuce


  1. Lay out the sundried tomato wraps and spread with enough chipotle mayo to cover the wrap, leaving about a 1/2 inch border near the edges. Lay 3 slices of turkey breast on each wrap, followed by 2 slices of provolone cheese, 3 tomato slices, 2 avocado slices, and a sprinkling of red onion and chopped bacon pieces. Top with a handful of romaine lettuce.

  2. Begin folding wrap, tucking in ingredients with the flat edge of a knife as you go to create a tight roll. Press down slightly on the wrap after it is completely folded and slice in half on a diagonal.

Peach Blossom Tips:

*I like this chipotle mayo, but if it has too much kick for you (or the kids), you can use half regular mayo mixed with half of the chipotle mayo to tone it down a bit.

*To save time during meal prep, you can cook the bacon ahead of time and refrigerate it until ready to use.

*A few ideas for sides that go well with this wrap: pasta salad, sweet potato fries, watermelon slices or a big fruit salad. Yum!
